Position can be based in NY (preferred), Boston or Connecticut areas. (There is a second position covering Mid-Atlantic - position can be based in Baltimore , DC or Philly areas).
Client Overview
· 10+ years as a leading provider of Oracle and SAP Consulting and Outsourcing (HRO/BPO) solutions.
· Headquartered in the U.S. with international operations - Global Delivery Model.
· $50M+ in revenue, profitable and cash-flow positive.
Position Overview
· Sales of Oracle and SAP Managed Services (Outsourcing) , Implementation and license sales. Company has expertise in BPO and HRO.
· The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for driving new sales and quota achievement for the defined products & services.
· Build account plans and strategies. Qualify sales opportunities; build and manage robust sales pipeline in the territory.
· Provide accurate forecasting of all business activities related to revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis.
· Build relationships with Oracle and SAP sales personnel to help drive sales.
· Quota: $3M
· Target Market: $500M - $3B in revenue.
· Territory: Focus on Northeastern U.S.
· Salary: Approx. $100k / OTE: $220k, increasing to $300k+ in year 3 (because of annuity).
Candidate Requirements
· Exceptional track record of quota achievement in the sale of ERP professional services, with expertise in Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion and/or SAP.
· PeopleSoft HR/Payroll a huge plus (Professional Services sales).
· BPO, HRO and Managed Services.
· The time and energy for after-hours client entertainment (i.e. dinners, golf outings).
· Miller Heiman or similar sales methodology
· Sales experience from companies such as: Oracle & SAP partners, Ceridian HRO/BPO, ADP HRO/BPO.
· Stability - A history of intelligent career decisions that resulted in successful, non-brief tenures.
· Ability to travel at least 25%.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Deliverables:
⢠Drive contracting process from initial request of budget through execution of contractual document to include updating contract tracking database and managing change order process as necessary.
⢠May be responsible for leading cross-functional, multi-operating company teams through a comprehensive sourcing process.
⢠Provide advice to business partners and others within J&J related to signed agreements.
⢠Must be able to develop interdependent partnerships with other sourcing and procurement groups, including but not limited to Finance.
⢠Identify and select appropriate suppliers following departmental processes and manage specific external service provider (ESP) relationship( s).
⢠Demonstrate value contribution through negotiated savings, competitive bidding, cycle times, etc.
⢠Manage relationships with internal business partners as well as ESPs.
⢠Lead/conduct contract negotiations on terms and conditions of high-risk, complex, and potentially long-term agreements, and escalate specific points of contention on legal issues to appropriate legal staff.
⢠Work with J&J Law department as necessary to review, analyze, negotiate and advise business partners on contractual terms and conditions in order to reach acceptable language.
⢠Must have knowledge of drug development and experience in outsourcing clinical trial services, pre-clinical services and/or supplies to include the review and negotiation of budgets, scopes of work and contracts with suppliers such as Contract Research Organizations (CRO), central laboratories, etc.
⢠Able to work independently as well as in a team environment and to make decisions based on analysis of supplier proposals and in partnership with internal business customers.
⢠Able to demonstrate creative ways to avoid/solve problems in order to manage the supplier relationship and not compromise any on-going study.
⢠Must be able to participate in the creation of high functioning interdependent partnerships with other sourcing and procurement groups, finance as well as internal project teams on an as needed basis.
⢠Must be able to work effectively in a matrixed environment while supporting specific teams and/or projects for business partners.
⢠Must demonstrate capability to be nimble and adapt to customer needs while balancing business priorities.
⢠Must be able to present/interface to/with Senior Management.
⢠Independently negotiate multiple complex situations (contracts, change orders, issue escalation).
⢠Handle multiple high profile compound teams/projects.
⢠Must be able to read reports (press releases), determine impact to business and respond.
⢠Must possess global experience.
Must have demonstrated negotiating experience. Depending upon level would prefer anywhere from 5-10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry; drug development and procurement experience. Experience as a user or provider of outsourced services. Knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D process, GLPs, GMPs or GCPs desirable. For international candidates, a fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. See below for options.
10-15 years experience, with at least 5 years procurement experience; direct knowledge of pharma industry and demonstrated experience in complex negotiations.
Experience with contract research organizations as either a provider or user of services.
Required: Bachelors degree in a life science or business; additionally MBA, or C.P.M. (or equivalent)
Preferred: Highly advanced degree such as Ph.D., JD, Pharm.D.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in managing the operations of the Development and Communications Department of a high-growth, entrepreneurial non-profit. The Managing Director will be responsible for managing department staff, project-managing key initiatives, and putting effective systems in place. This position will play a major role in pursuing government grant-funding at the local, regional and federal levels. Because CFY is a national organization with centralized core functions, this position will also be responsible for supporting the development and communications efforts of five Executive Directors across the country. This person reports to the Chief Officer, External Relations and Field Building.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Management
* Serve as a thought partner to the Chief Officer, External Relations and Field Building, helping to define the overall development and communications strategy
* Manage staff (including a Director, Grants and Foundation Relations; Development Associate)
* Manage consultants (including an external public relations agency) to achieve organizational goals
* Work closely with City Executive Directors to ensure that regional goals are being met, providing guidance and training as necessary
* Participate fully on the Leadership Team, helping to make key organizational decisions
* Play a major role in pursuing government grant-funding at the local, regional and federal levels
Project Management and Systems
* Lead the process of creating large and complex proposals (both government and foundation), including collaborating effectively with members of the program team and finance team
* Direct and refine CFYâs Moves Management system that advances opportunities from identification to close
* Develop and implement stewardship strategies and processes
* Oversee general proposal development, events, and direct mail appeals· Build processes to effectively communicate on and off-line with CFYâs constituents, including using list-segmentation techniques and developing persuasive new collateral
* Supervise ongoing improvements to CFYâs fundraising and communications database, ensuring that it is used optimally to drive and track all fundraising and communications activities
* Lead all day-to-day operations related to development and communications
* Interface with existing and prospective funders and board members, as appropriate
CANDIDATE_REQUIREMENTS:
* Passion for CFYâs mission
* Proven ability to develop and manage multiple processes, often simultaneously
* At least 8 yearsâ overall experience, with significant development operations experience, ideally with a focus on government grants and/or private foundations
* Experience and proven track record in communications and/or public relations
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines

Spherion
Staffing has 4 open positions, doing customer service phone work, and it would
be for about 6 months.
The shifts (12 hours each)
are:
1 person
would work 6 AM to 6 PM Sunday/Monday/ Tuesday/\ Wednesday 1 week (48 hours)and
Sunday/Monday/ Tuesday 2 nd week(36 hours) -
then
back to 4 days.
1 person would work 6 PM to 6 AM
= same days
1
person would work 6AM to 6 PM : Thursday/Friday/ Saturday 1 week (36 hours) and
Wednesday/Thursday/ Friday/Saturday 2nd week (48 hours).
1 person would work 6 PM to 6 AM = same days
These would require
some experience with computers, and customer service in a corporate or call
center setting.
Extensive background and
education checks required.
Monitor and resolve major account activities over
the phone
Answer escalated phones and emails
Assist technical support group with overflow
We will be paying
$13/hr. $13.50 for the evening shift.
Every other
week will have 8 hours of overtime.

Responsibilities:
Provide project management support to the global advertising campaign lead and broader team in developing, implementing and monitoring phase 2 of the campaign. Assist in management of daily activities related to: 1) documenting and organizing campaign elements, 2) answering colleague inquiries, 3) fulfilling colleague/market requests for campaign adaptation.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development of various campaign materials including briefs, memos, talking points, presentations; proofreading, editing, writing.
* Day to day management of corporate advertising library site including responses to requests
for/inquiries about available corporate ads from colleagues across the company.
* Assist in the development and documentation of campaign metrics and reporting
* Provide project management support for potential campaign extensions including microsite
development and video production
* Foster partnerships and networks across to help maximize campaign activation and impact
* Manage or coordinate other advertising related projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* BA required; Agency experience in advertising/PR a plus
* Minimum five years experience in communications project management, preferably working on
corporate brand related initiatives and campaigns
* Experience with digital projects strongly preferred
* Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative communications metrics reporting a plus
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and make thoughtful decisions against tight deadlines in a fast-
paced environment
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to anticipate/plan ahead for key issues impacting various projects
and work streams
* Demonstrated strong operations and project management skills
* Solid working knowledge of current corporate messages, commitments and business priorities
* Very strong written and oral communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong âclient serviceâ mentality are required; candidate must demonstrate
the ability to develop/maintain rapport and work collaboratively with a broad range of internal partners and external agency teams
