Position Responsibilities – Summary

The Senior Systems Business Analyst is responsible for successful
participation and leadership in projects of various sizes, impact and
complexity in support of the company's business plan. Principal duties
include eliciting and documenting functionality requirements for software

The Senior Data Warehouse DBA will be responsible for partnering with
business owners and analysts to translate requirements into a complete Data
Warehouse and business intelligence solution.

The desired candidate will architect the logical/physical Data models,
define the ETL and MetaData repository approach and layout both a short-term
roadmap and long-term Warehouse strategy. The completed Warehouse
environment may consist of multiple disparate source systems to be
consolidated into a robust high performing, quality rich, scalable Data
foundation.

In addition to a strong Data warehousing background, the ideal candidate
will also possess a solid understanding of Enterprise BI solutions.

Position Responsibilities – Detailed

· Plans, coordinates and administers matters related to database(s),

· Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and
various support tools, such as base dictionaries.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· 8 or more years experience with the target platform, generally
experienced in other DB platforms, including worked on Sun Solaris/Linux.
Strong UNIX shell scripting preferred.
· OCP 11g certification a plus.
· 3+ years Oracle RAC experience.
· Must have worked on Oracle 9i/10g/11g environments, and Must have
worked on (10G/11G RAC, ASM, OEM 10g grid, Data Guard , Flashback
technology, 9i/10g/11g upgrades, Rolling/Oracle critical patchset
implementation).
· Must have in depth knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence
Enterprise Edition and Oracle Data Integrator. Create conceptual, logical
and physical models (ERD, normalized and dimensional models).
· Knowledge of metadata management strategies and implementation,
Conduct requirements gathering and design sessions with customers, Produce
written deliverables for technical designs, Understanding of indexing,
partitioning and data design performance considerations for industry
