The position of Business Integration Analyst will be responsible for the SAP Cost Accounting and general SAP CO Controlling area with the SAP landscape.
 
The individual chosen will handle technical activities from general SAP CO production support to requirements gathering, design and deployment of new functionality in the SAP CO area. Individual will work primarily supporting the North America Accounting Platform, Business Accounting as well as dealing with the Global Finance Transformation Team and the IT Governance team to ensure proper Accounting standards are being adhered to.
 
Qualifications
The incumbent will need to possess the following skills commensurate for their respective level.  Emphasis will be on very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to listen well in all situations to gain understanding of others' points of view and how this relates to the project objectives.  In addition, they will also need to have demonstrated abilities in teamwork and collaboration, ability to very quickly assess situations and prioritize communications or work efforts and the ability to build and maintain trust with colleagues.  The individual should also understand the dynamics of working in a matrix organization.  This position will report to the Business Integration Manager.
 
Required:
-BS degree in Accounting or Information Systems
-Experience in Cost Accounting Area or relevant professional experience
-Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands on SAP CO configuration experience.
-SAP CO Certified Consultant being a plus.
-Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in addition to strong listening skills.
-Demonstrated entrepreneurial skill set obtained through relevant experience.
-Must be able to prioritize work objectives accordingly
-Strength in building leadership skills; ability to self-assess strengths and weaknesses and build on those in all situations.
-Demonstrated skills in utilizing teamwork to achieve goals and objectives
-Proficient skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are required

We have some exciting months ahead. Next week is our November
