SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The lead solution architect will be responsible for the management and leadership of the design, development and implementation of technology based business solutions for the enterprise.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Reports to the CIO.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED
Responsible for the Oracle applications, development, data base administration and infrastructure teams included in project Delphi.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage the Oracle applications, development, database and infrastructure teams
 Develop Oracle and non-Oracle application solutions for defined processes
 Manage the development of deliverables according to project plans
 Ensure software and technology integration with the business models defined by the BPM teams
 Ensure alignment of applications portfolio with company goals and strategies, managing performance to objectives.
 Ensure software solution consistency and scalability
 Harmonize and align the Enterprise Application system to include the addition of lean operations disciplines.
 Establish, lead and conduct architecture evaluations
 Act as a coach to internal technical resources on the project
 Design and communicate the immediate/tactical and strategic benefits of adopting a
consistent architectural approach within the context of project Delphi

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 Strong knowledge of Oracle E Business suite and global implementation practices

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE and Background Requirements:
 Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration or a related area
 Graduated degree preferred
 10+ year experience with Oracle E Business Suite
 10+ years experience in project management
 BI experience preferred
 Experience in integrating processes, applications and technologies in global architecture design
 Ability to drive execution and achieve expected deliverables
 Strong business analysis skills and experience, including ability to understand the business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, process modeling
 Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns
 • Experience of `system of systems' architecture development, partitioning of functionality among
 applications and components and application interfaces/interoperability concerns.
 • Experience of application development methodologies and structured approaches to system development
 • Awareness of systems management and operational support tools

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
The position requires 50% travel – domestic and international.
