One of SGA's top financial clients is seeking a IT Project Manager for a contract position in Jersey City, NJ. Day to day IT project management responsibility across multiple projects within the Service Center upgrade portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining projects plans, project management, program management, risk management, supporting development managers, managing issues/risks/escalations, tracking deliverables, organizing and leading project related meetings, managing dependencies, and liaising with various level of management within the organization to meet deadlines and assist in driving the overall Client integration projects to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to be forward looking in order to anticipate the steps required to meet future deliverables.

 
Skills Required

Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SDLC
Minimum 5 years working experience
Experience using SharePoint
Experience developing technologies
Ability to organize and articulate deliverables and project plans to varying levels of management with the organization
Prior Call Center Experience is a plus

Director, New Service Delivery

Location:
South Carolina, New Jersey, United Kingdom, or France

The Director of New Service Delivery is the most senior role in the Information System organization responsible for the evaluation, design, and delivery of significant application software projects. It is a global role reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) with approximately 115 team members distributed in multiple locations but primarily located in South Carolina, New Jersey, United Kingdom, France, and Australia. Budget responsibility is in the $20 to $25 million range. There are typically another 15 to 20 contractors operating in the NSD team at any one time. In addition, the Director of NSD is a core member of the IS Leadership Team and is expected to assist the Chief Information Officer in identifying ways to improve the capabilities and quality of the whole IS organization.

Responsibilities nclude:

Lead the development and implementation of new software technology that improves the capability of Sealed Air's global Business Units and Functions
Provide long term direction and daily management of the New Service Delivery Team
Define goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Assign work based on the established goals and objectives
Coordinate with other IS leaders to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and communicate strategies, policies and procedures to the organization. Periodically present to senior management.
Oversee compliance of governance policies and procedures
Approve and monitor the use of consultants and contractors used to deliver projects or supplement internal project teams
Development of business systems analysis and software development skills and methods in the NSD team
Review and approve project plans and implementation schedules. Ensure projects meet the functional needs of the users, that quality and resource commitments are met, and are completed in established time schedules, and budget.
Lead, direct and provide guidance to a group of managers responsible for planning, implementing, and executing business-specific technology plans and projects.
Make decisions on staffing, conduct performance appraisals
Find opportunities for continuous improvement in skills, processes and quality of deliverables
As a member of the IS Leadership Team, contribute to the overall strategy and improvements of the IS organization

Major interfaces:

IS Partnership Management Team. IS Project Office, IS Investment Committee, IS Advisory Committee, IS Current Service Delivery Team Managers and Process Improvement Specialists, IS Infrastructure Leads, Business Intelligence Center, Senior Business Leaders

Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
Very knowledgeable in software delivery methodologies and information systems architecture
Ability to develop and execute long term strategies and deliver on near term objectives
Very knowledgeable in Sealed Air business processes
Experience with Project Management methods and tools
Proven people development skills
Familiar with ERP systems, web development, middleware tools, foundations of information systems
Experience leading relative large (50+) global teams
Strong communicator to both IS staff and senior business partners

Hey John, How are you? I wanted to touch base with you and see how things
are going? I have this role that I wanted to run by you.

To work with members of Treasury, Risk Management, Finance and Technology to
establish risk reporting requirements, develop and deliver technology
solutions that provide reliable analysis and reporting from a sustainable
infrastructure.

The individual will be responsible for the technical business analysis and
functional design of data management solutions that will support reporting
and analytics for interest rate and non linear exposures, AL management,
related cash flow projections, and market risk for treasury products This
will include daily, weekly and or monthly reporting of interest rate
exposure, liquidity profiles, and other Market Risk factors such as factor
sensitivities, DV01, duration, convexity, VAR and MTM.

The position will entail developing a expertise in various front and middle
office risk reporting of linear and non-linear exposures, familiarity with
systems such as QRM, Summit, and Yield Book would be helpful.

The candidate will work with the individual Treasurers and Risk Managers to
review current and forecasted business and market assumptions and model
these assumptions in order to assist in the development of Liquidity,
interest rate exposures, along with other factor sensitivities, VaR and
Funding Plans.

8-10 years of relevant finance, risk management/analytics, reporting
experience

Treasury knowledge is NEEDED.
