Job Description:
Lead Planner for ARE SA program.
* SENIOR level Systems Engineering and Business System Analyst in Telecom field is a MUST;
* Requirements and analysis for large scale mission critical systems.
* Must have worked on business processes with Telecommunication Service Assurance, Provisioning, Inventory and Ordering functionalities.
* Familiarity with GFP-UVNS PMOSS, AOTS & RUBY
* Candidate should possess exceptional oral and verbal communication skills as needed to interface with customers, business users, vendors and other internal Telecommunication teams.
* Ability to take lead as developer/architect role for systems
* Contractor will be expected to accurately enter time in CMPM.
* US Citizen only.
