Knowledge of SQL and experience in Sybase Database Administration and Replication Server.

5 years Database Administration experience with at least 3 years Sybase Replication experience. Additional / preferable skills: Scripting with Perl, UNIX, Bourne, etc.

Must be able to work in a production environment with multiple database servers and a disaster recovery site.

Duties include maintenance of Database Servers in a development environment.

Description Partner with Sr. Line Leaders (E5+/MC) across the organization to scope and charter work at the enterprise level, white space or across the seams of the organization. After chartering: diagnose situations or issues, recommend, plan, implement and sustain the proposed changes or improvements. Enhance the line and HR partners; OD change capabilities through knowledge transfer. Help clients translate need into vision for future; action and align change approach to accomplish business outcome. Guide clients along each step of the change model. Recognize connections with seemingly unconnected things and help clients see relevance and implications. Communicate/ facilitate a systems understanding in a way that develops understanding and leads to applying the systems models and tools in current business situation to solve client challenges or take advantage of opportunities. Exhibit clear understanding of and ability to manage group dynamics,
including managing diverse learning styles, facilitating, decision-making, engaging participants, so they own the work. Collaborate effectively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal design and implementation of initiatives. Drive execution directly and through others to ensure alignment, proper diagnosis, implementation, measurement and evaluation. Provide Change Management planning and monitoring to guide implementation and ensure sustainability of business outcomes and change.

Qualifications BA required. MA, MS or PhD in Organization Development or related field preferred, and 10+ years related experience required. 1 to 3 years of HR Generalist experience desired. . Consulting experience a plus. In-depth knowledge of theory and practice of organizational development and change, including organizational theory, organizational design, structure and processes of implementing change. Strong project management and organizational change experience. Demonstrated track record of organizational alignment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Demonstrated success in designing and leading large scale and impactful transformational change from initial assessment through final implementation in a variety of organizational settings. Broad business knowledge and experience working across multiple business functions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage time, skillfully contract with clients and set service level
agreements, delegate appropriately and follow up with clients. Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with senior business executives and appropriately push back. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives. Experience achieving results through people and functions without formal and informal reporting relationships.
