Description
Key Role:
Key developer for Internet startup with lead role in applications,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Document, direct and participate in the formulation of HR goals, objectives, policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Special Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with major course work in business, public or personnel administration. Some training in human resources and counseling preferred.
Seven (7) years professional experience in Human Resources. Five (5) years in a supervisory capacity.
Thorough knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, workforce management, and leadership development.
Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local HR laws, regulations, and policies.
Demonstrated ability to build business relationships and effectively interact with all levels of employees.
Ability to set vision and strategy by ensuring human resources goals are aligned with business goals.
Must be able to deal constructively with conflict and developing consensus.
Familiarity with the non-profit sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

General Purpose of Job:
The Senior Manager of Data Center Operations will have overall responsibility for all infrastructure projects, including the integration of new system and network technologies and services. They will develop enterprise service levels for data and voice networking equipment, server processing, storage and data archival systems and for key back-office applications. Will oversee development of procedures and processes for data center operations. Will ensure that the organization has the capability to support new technologies and maintain high levels of infrastructure performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain processes to ensure that all technologies have a current state, future state, and roadmap architecture plan. Develop migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state of technology.
-Review and manage performance of Data Center Operations personnel and systems to determine group performance and delivery, operating costs, productivity levels, and support level agreements requirements are satisfied.
-Recruits, schedules, directs and mentors the IT Data Center Operations team members. Writes and conducts management evaluations, develops and implements performance plans, and mentors and provides overall guidance to the management team Monitor workload of staff to ensure team members are consistently performing and challenged. Proactively mentor Data Center Operations staff to promote consistent career management, performance measurement and skill development Plan, schedule and supervise around the clock technology operations including emergency situations requiring the manager's attention after normal business hours to insure continual computer operations.
-Maintain open communications with Support Services and the IT management team to keep them apprised of operational situations that impact or may impact their respective areas.
-Develop and recommend all related IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery and service provision.
-Will interface with other information services management staff to coordinate telecommunications software, hardware, and systems capabilities including client server architectures.

Our client, a leading global consumer products company, is seeking a Global
Supply Chain Systems Architect who will be involved in transforming both
business process work flows and the supporting IT systems for Global Product
Innovation and Supply Chain Management. This position will report to the
Manager of Global Supply Chain Systems and will work with senior managers
and executives, IT Applications and Infrastructures groups and appropriate
vendors.
This position requires experience in both IT technical systems and business
process reengineering.
Responsibilities include: Business Requirement Definition, Application
Systems Analysis and Design, System Architecture Analysis and Design and

business systems solutions. The successful candidate will function as a

Enterprise Data Group have an open position for a self starting, highly
motivated technologist wanting to make a significant contribution to the
management of the Firm´s Timeseries and Pricing Data platforms. The role is
a Domain Service Manager within EDG´s horizontal Production Management
organization. However, whilst the core responsibilities are to the
Timeseries/Pricing domain, a critical part of the role will include making
broader contributions to the overall EDG Production Management agenda. In
addition to being the primary Service Manager for Timeseries/Pricing, the
role also includes being backup Service Manager for the Securities Reference
Data domain.
This role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to and

Enterprise Data Group [EDG] provides data products and services to global
Institutional Securities Business. Its data is critical to the front to back

Background: Pioneer is an initiative within the IDEAS group of ISG. Pioneer
is charged with re-engineering the firm's research and trading
infrastructure. Horizon is a key component of this Initiative and involves
creating a comprehensive time series infrastructure which covers all asset
classes, all data domains and all frequencies. It is expected that all ISG
applications requiring time series data will eventually source their data
from Horizon.
Position: This is a hands-on development position. The selected individuals

delivering. Specific development activities include: systems architecture,
