Summary/Responsibil
Global business solutions provider seeks a Director-level professional who
will drive implementation/
initiative promoting greater recognition of the firm as a service provider
in the mortgage and secondary markets. The Director will work with all
levels of management to drive business/revenue opportunities and provide
insight in the business planning/product development processes.
Track emerging industry/market/
mortgage/secondary markets and assist senior management in identifying
opportunities to deploy/package/
Create roadmaps/reference materials/other documentation to enhance knowledge
and increase understanding of key analytic solutions/capabilit
Provide thought leadership to position firm as leading provider of business
solutions.
Actively participate in sales/product planning within the capital markets
vertical and other business lines, offering analytical/technica
targeted client engagements/
calls/presentations
Develop rapport with prospects/customers
Develop case studies/capabilitie
participate at industry and customer forums.
Requirements/
7-10 years experience in secondary markets, with specific experience in the
areas of analytics/modeling/
Advanced degree in Statistics or related field
(mathematics/
In-depth understanding of secondary markets analytics required; credit
reporting knowledge preferred
Capable of translating market trends into tangible product concepts/ideas or
solutions required
Excellent communication skills enabling strong relationship building with
clients required
Experience with SAS required; Experience with Intex, statistical modeling,
Monte Carlo simulations, linear programming strongly preferred
Proven success in creating dynamic, customer-facing problem
identification/
Project/process management experience highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of tools/software/
secondary markets; direct experience in use of competitive offerings desired
Direct experience in developing/designin
modeled solutions or similar empirical analyses.
Experience in working with and/or managing virtual teams preferred
