A Project Manager is needed to oversee the implementation an ERP/CRM
system for financials, sales, project management and time/expense
reporting. The Project Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of
managing and coordinating the ERP rollout. The individual is involved
with the project management of the entire ERP implementation life cycle
and ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget and to
the satisfaction of internal clients. To complete the task the candidate
is to manage a project team composed of key staff members from various
user departments, IT staff and implementation consultants. The candidate
must have proven experience in delivering high-visibility complex
projects to completion on time and within budget. Experience should
include projects with both technology solution delivery and business
process components.

The individual needs to interact at the highest level within the
organization and have the ability to manage teams through all phases
including concept, development, implementation, and closeout. Ensures
that the project plan, scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, risk,
budget, and deliverables are in alignment with the project goal and
objectives as defined by the project statement of work. Achieves the
project goals and objectives without compromising quality. Focus is on
expediting the efforts of team members to complete their tasks on
schedule. Work independently and as part of a team to guide project
efforts while developing stakeholder relationships and maintaining
confidentiality.

*Responsibilities*

. Oversee team members' milestones and performance as compared to
project plan, scope, budget, resources and schedule. Provide
communication to CEO.

. Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor,
stakeholders, and field as appropriate.

. Develop and prepare written project plans addressing, tasks, roles and
responsibilities, risk, resources, communications, quality and organization.

. Develop test plan and manage the testing of the new applications and
all integration points, which include the migration of historical
financial and sales data.

. Demonstrate an understanding of tactical goals and effectively
participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.

. Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and
planning techniques.

. Manage the change control within project. Obtain sponsor approval for
changes to scope, budget, and schedule that effect the critical path.

. Ensure that scope, budget, and schedule targets are within variance
and project delivery date is met.

. Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources
to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.

. Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or
implementation. Assists in the development and implementation of
contingency plans. 3

. Develop and manage the training program for staff

*Experience*

. 5+ years experience in ERP implementation and project management
experience.

. Experienced in full life cycle project management within a matrix
environment.

. Experience working with 3rd party vendors.

. MBA in either Accounting, IT, Finance or Business.

. Demonstrated ability in the area of business process redesign.

. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor all project team
members and to drive the project team to make decisions, meet goals and
objectives.

. Good trouble shooting skills to address the project related issues.

. Strong communications skills, verbal and written.

. Ability to communicate, track, and document project issues and risk
mitigation through resolution.

Ability to prepare presentations and conduct status meetings for
business units and/or the Steering Committee.
