The position is intuitively understandable, but will require attention to detail and must be extremely organized given the multiple responsibilities of this position. You must be able to work independently but is also not afraid to ask questions. Must also possess strong communication skills, critical reasoning, ability to solve problems and provide critical reasoning, be detail oriented and has the ability to learn, assess and develop new process methodologies when necessary.
Requirements
Requirements and preferred background for the Accounting Manager position are:
~ Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration a plus
~ CPA, MBA or CMA a plus, but not required
