Based in our Moonachie, NJ headquarters, your primary mission as the Product Manager will be to effectively manage and market all of Bulbrite's product lines. Your lighting experience is critical to understanding our vast array of products and their features, benefits, application, as well as market trend competition, and pricing. Given your product management experience, you will be familiar with working with a high number of SKUs and your exposure to a distribution center and knowledge of overseas trading will allow you to hit the ground running. You will learn all aspects of LED technology and all new lamp technology by attending trade shows and conferences. This will allow you understand the products and using your analytical skills, you will determine which products are successful and what might need to be changed. Use your technical quality expertise to test products and create standards and quality control metrics. Your strong
communication skills will be necessary when you meet with internal and external stakeholders regarding product issues and when you work with the executive team. You will also utilize your presentation skills when you deliver training to educate teams on products during monthly webinars and internal product demonstrations. Basic Functions & Responsibility includes, but are not limited to
* Providing analysis and business support to clients, Account Management, and Operations.
* Define client business requirements and evaluate technical solutions
* Assist in the facilitation of *Installations* of new clients with focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
* Analyze data (e.g., Benefit Grids, Copays, Eligibility, Clinical, ORT, Prior Authorizations, External Claims, etc.) provided by client, client's vendor or client's incumbent PBM to ensure consistency with documented requirements.
* Facilitate the data transfer from the client and/or the client*s vendor(s) and/or the client*s incumbent PBM. This data transfer includes but is not limited to Benefit Grids, Eligibility, Open Refills, Prior Authorizations, Claims History, Deductible/OOP/Cap.
* Work with client or client's vendor to develop test scenarios, organize and coordinate testing and review test results
* Participate in Client Solutions Center (CSC) meetings to discuss status of Installs and other items which require attention/focus, including but not limited to client/member impacting issues.
* Research Reliability issues including Root Cause(s), Immediate Solution(s) and definition of Preventative Measure(s). Actively participate in Reliability meetings to discuss tickets.
* Participate in meetings to discuss status of Installs
Requirements:
* Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits experience
* Install and reinstall accounts following SOPs
* Individually perform client installation and re-installation.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
* Strong organizational and multi tasking skills
5 years of business experience

Harry Truman once said that the best way to give advice to your
children is to find out what they want and then advise them to do it.
If only it were that simple...
It´s bad enough we have to deal with nasty commutes, obnoxious bosses
and an unforgiving economy. When we get home, we´re often met with
rude children, nasty teenagers and a cornucopia of parental
disappointments.
Maybe some "business best practices" that we know and use on the job
may just have some application on the home front as well? Hey, it´s
worth a try.
