HRIS Position NJ-Peoplesoft software

Base $100-120k+bonus

 

Responsible for the operational planning, monitoring and issue resolution for HRIS. Coordinate the integration of the Human Resource/Payroll/Time processes into HRIS in support of client programs and objectives. Responsible for a application security, assisting and training end users in the use of the application. Also responsible for ensuring data integrity for centrally maintained tables, report production, analyzing reporting data,

determining information needs, and acting as a liaison with the IT staff.

Determines the efficiency and effectiveness of the system and make recommendations concerning overall status. Define and evaluate business processes and systems based on business requirements and best practices. Confer with users to define their business needs and information reporting needs and advise on the application of the HRIS to resolve those needs. Develop, test and implement system enhance/regulatory changes to meet the needs and requirements of each of the NAFTA affiliates. Manage project approval process, work flow process mapping, systems integration, and implementation plans. Maintain project status reports and project documentation. Lead development of end-user training and documentation
