application.

analysts and other developers by describing functional processing of the
code.
. Assist with writing business design documentation based on existing legacy
applications.
. Assist team leads in setting up parallel tests of mainframe and

. Assist mainframe test team in executing tests.

Branch Administration

                                                Main Function – A scripting developer for a distributed trading system expansion and support.
 
                                                 Main Duties
 
                                                 This position will manage all aspects of an extremely complicated and geographically distributed trading system

Regional Planner

The Regional Planner will maintain and manage the inventory and planning
programs for the region; Drive regional inventory levels to meet goals and
objectives of the company; Maintain inventory levels as dictated by the S&OP
process; Support strategic supplier initiatives; Support the relationship with
regional manufacturing; Manage the buffer inventory position while ensuring the
satisfactory replenishment of the warehouse and delivery network.

Roles:
* Maintain the forecasting and planning program current for the region of
responsibility

* Recommend cost reduction activities
* Manage regional inventory position according to guidelines resulting from the
S&OP process

* Manage the relationship with regional manufacturing
* Manage purchases from strategic suppliers to meet inventory plans
* Provide overview to port coordination team with respect to shipping schedules
from the buffer

* Work with other regional planners to define best practices for inventory
management

Responsibilities:
* Develop skills in the planning and forecast tool and maintain the program to
meet regional inventory plans

* Analyze data and make recommendations on whether to increase/decrease
inventory targets; establish ideal safety stock targets.

* Manage SMOS levels below corporate target.
* Use Six Sigma or other quality techniques to determine root causes to issues
and recommended corrective actions using the Fill Rate report as one source of
information

* Make recommendations to the Global Network Planning Manager for continuous
improvement of the inventory management process

* Maintain Key Performance Indicators for inventory management
* Partner very closely with Marketing in the forecasting and coordination of
both legacy products and new product launches. Work with Global Network
Planning Manager to manage inventory deployment for product introductions,
withdraws and major shifts in demand.

* Develop step by step procedures to bring the planning process in line with
current demand

* Perform monthly regional inventory review identifying areas for improvement
and using the system to make adjustments

* Refine the warehouse re-supply process through product category
identification and flow charts for process mapping

* Manage slow moving inventory working with manager to execute plans for
improvement

* Place purchase orders with strategic suppliers for regional targets and
global requirements

* Create material transfer requests, as required.
* Communicate with regional manufacturing facility to understand capabilities
and limitations and to develop order plans

* Understand and be able to operate the Warehouse Management Program for use
when required

* Communicate product issues to manager
* Perform other duties as assigned

Skills required
* Must be innovative, detail-oriented, experienced in highly
