Ø      8 + years of PMO experience paired with general management and international business exposure having broad cross-cultural experience collaborating with Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific teams.

Ø      Implementing project management methodologies, Program/Project Management Offices, Project Portfolio Management solutions, toolkits, training and mentoring.

Ø      Effective at leveraging outsourcing partners to deliver increasing levels of service.

Ø      Proficiency with financial reporting data analysis & management; expert with Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications.

Ø      Recognized for strategic thinking, technical expertise, implementation abilities and innovation while handling tough assignments and providing quality results.

PMO Specialist Consultant

Ø      Responsible for outsourcing, headcount tracking, budget/forecasting across the portfolio ($100M, 500 plus resources globally) and delivering core team management support to senior management

Ø      Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.

Ø      Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.

Ø      Develop/prepare financial reports

Ø      Cost center/organizational entity management

Ø      Headcount inventory management

Ø      Review/analyze actuals versus budget spend monthly; investigate project overspend with PMs and adjust budget accordingly

Ø      Run the project management office, incorporating the design and oversight of project management methodologies

Ø      Oversee HR-related functions, including coordinating hiring searches, on-boarding new team members, and overseeing training programs for the team.
