PMO Specialist Consultant Ø Responsible for outsourcing, headcount tracking, budget/forecasting across the portfolio ($100M, 500 plus resources globally) and delivering core team management support to senior management Ø Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives. Ø Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. Ø Develop/prepare financial reports Ø Cost center/organizational entity management Ø Headcount inventory management Ø Review/analyze actuals versus budget spend monthly; investigate project overspend with PMs and adjust budget accordingly Ø Run the project management office, incorporating the design and oversight of project management methodologies Ø Oversee HR-related functions, including coordinating hiring searches, on-boarding new team members, and overseeing training programs for the team.
