Business Director- Marketing Services Location: Harrison, New York
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Director is responsible for organizing financial information for easy analysis by senior management; oversees all cash flow including cash management duties at the mall level and billing at both the mall level and at headquarters. Directly responsible for the development of all marketing materials.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
¨ Generating monthly and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership
¨ Invoice approval and tracking for various vendors
¨ Processing and delivery of billing on a daily basis
¨ Review monthly budget with management
¨ Data input of monthly financial revenues
¨ Designing and updating marketing materials
¨ Training of all staff members on processes and procedures
¨ Interface with Operations and Client Services to support their financial needs and to make sure cost / budget controls are being followed
¨ Interface with IT staff regarding all troubleshooting and inventory for all locations
Experience and Skill Responsibilities:
¨ 5+ years of experience in marketing research related field
¨ Ability to prepare reports clearly and efficiently.
¨ Ability to analyze data and present information in a clear, concise manner.
¨ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
¨ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience |
