Reporting to the Global Director of Application Implementation, the Americas Regional AIT Director will be responsible for all aspects of application delivery including new applications and change requests.   Functions reporting to the Regional Director include Project Management, Application Implementation and Quality Assurance.  The role will be accountable for ensuring that projects for the region are delivered to specification and schedule.  The Regional Director will have a continual focus on process improvement and reduction of the elapsed time from contract signature to production deployment.

Key areas of responsibility
 

Day-to-day management of short cycle (1 to 30 days), time critical projects
Provide project structure and control to a team of 4+ Project Managers, 5+ Application Implementation/Development Specialists and 3+ Quality Assurance Analysts
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Developers and QA Staff, instilling a "right the first time" mentality
Work with your team and your peer Regional Directors to make the project management, implementation and quality assurance processes more timely and efficient
Manage task execution, communications and resource allocations in a short term, dynamic, high intensity environment
Estimate solution development efforts, contribute to a feature and architectural design, plan implementations and rollout multiple, simultaneous customer applications.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science degree plus ten (10) years of progressive experience managing multi-disciplinary software delivery/implementation teams.
Project Management certification or comparable demonstration of expertise
Continuously helps to improve company's products and processes.
Expert knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices including QA and review processes – familiarity with Waterfall and Iterative delivery models
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across multiple teams -- mix of technical and functional resources is preferred.
Strong organizational, planning and personal time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills that include negotiation, conflict resolution, written and verbal communication

You will be part of the team that is responsible for developing our brokerage-customer database, middle-tier servers, and related internal web applications. Your software will provide customers with the means to apply for a brokerage account and to manage an existing account. Accomplished in using best practices such as CMMI for gathering and documenting complete and detailed requirements.

Position Description:  We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Category Management located at our Princeton, NJ headquarters.
 
The Director of Category Management is the lead in our Category Management department focused on the execution and improvement of Category Selling Stories for all of our key businesses and customers. The Director of Category Management will report directly to the VP of Sales Planning & Development and will manage a new department dedicated to the efficient execution of brand strategies, new item execution and reporting requirements at all our key customers.
 
Responsibilities:
•Drive alignment of strategic initiatives (customer and brand) with Field, Executive team and management
•Provide overall direction and alignment of the Category Management Department
•Direct the creation and implementation of tactical selling decks across all product categories, and key customers
Manage Categories for customers where we have been awarded the captain, advisory, or validator role.
•Represent the Category Management team at NPD meeting to represent sales and provide direction and insight related to tactical and basic class of trade execution
•Ensure the delivery of new products launch materials as per plan
•Master the Church & Dwight internal database systems (Nielsen scan/panel/advanced analytics, Spectra, dunnhumby, SOS, Business Objects, ect)
•Governs Priorities and Strategies on new item execution, reporting requirements and management reporting
 
Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree required with an MBA preferred. Preferred Majors: (Sales) Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Liberal Arts.
•10 – 15 years experience with heavy emphasis on Category Management within a CPG Headquarters environment required.
•Must be action oriented, have strong communication skills and be results driven.
•Must have Analytical Expertise and People Management experience.
•Planning & Resource Management experience required

Director Priorities Management
Location: Stamford
Salary  110K - 130K, 20% bonus
 
Must have HP PPM tool set experience, PMO experience and Leadership.  This person will push to fully utilize the PPM tool set for Project management that was implemented about a year ago.  This is a new position and it reports to the VP, PMO. 
 

 

Function and Scope:
This role is responsible for the successful management of the processes and tools used in the company's enterprise priorities management process. This includes program management, project demand, project execution and project financial management. Role is responsible for creating or identifying, maintaining, and producing workflows, configuring user interfaces, and maintaining other associated tools that support IT and the greater organization in these areas. Role is further responsible for the creation and production of relevant reports for the business, resource managers and senior management. Role will also provide technical support and training for these tools to all facets of the business.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures processes are defined and tools are configured appropriately to capture business demand, prioritize the demand, execute approved projects, and provide visibility into resource availability while reporting relevant metrics and financial information
• Trains project managers, program managers, business users, and management on project and portfolio management toolset (HP PPM)
• Leads efforts to centralize administrative tools to fully capture resource demands across the organization
• Leads, mentors and develops the team of PMO analysts
• Develop and produce roadmaps for the application lifecycle of relevant systems and the consolidation of overlapping applications where applicable
• Coordinates the creation of training materials, handouts, presentations, and other support items
• Coordinates the collection and analysis of project status and performance metrics
• Leads process improvement efforts

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Extensive experience with the HP PPM toolset including implementation, configuration and maintenance
• Experience with Rational Clearquest or BMC Remedy (Atrium) a plus
• 5+ years experience in project management/process improvement
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio and Office Suite
• PMI Certification a plus
• Excellent communication/facilitation/presentation skills
• Advanced Degree and IT Audit experience a plus
• Excellent analytical ability and consultative skills
• Strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with Senior Business and IT Management, Staff, vendors, consultants and clients.

• High level Data Architect to perform an on-site analysis of GAM Operations tools and reporting, and design a data mart based on an ETL of the Clarity Cognos data mart, IT to IT Request Tool, RFS tracker, and PMO tracker.
• The resource needs to be on site in Rartian, NJ.
• The resource will perform data analysis on the current systems which include:
o Clarity Cognos data mart on SQL Server
o IT to IT Request tool which is hosted in SharePoint and has an InfoPath front-end
o RFS tracker which is hosted on a SQL Server and has a SharePoint front-end
o PMO tracker which is in SharePoint
o Reporting which is done in Excel
• Based on the data analysis, the resource will produce a technical design recommendation for a combined data mart, including ETL design and timings, data model, and reporting cubes.
• The resource should be able to clearly communicate and hand-off the design, and other relevant documentation to the GAM Operations team.
Qualification required:
• High level Data Architect 7+ years experience preferred
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Must have technical writing skills
• Must have SQL Server, SharePoint, and ETL experience
• Nice to have Cognos reporting experience and MS Excel experience

Role Overview:

Our Delivery Management Team is looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager (DM) that is currently located in New York .
