Flex Developers - (US-NY-New York) Minimum Education: Bachelors Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: NRN_DT-JA1 Top Tier financial firm is seeking multiple developers who will be involved in front end (GUI) development for a real-time trading system. This award winning system provides their clients and traders in the firm, with data from which they can trade from. This system was built from the ground up using rich internet application technologies and SOA architecture to ensure future growth of the system.  In order to succeed in this role you will need strong skills in Flex and experience with frameworks such as cairngorm/parsley. You should be enthusiastic about programming and team-oriented, possessing effective written and verbal communication skills. Work will also include interacting with traders here and overseas, in order to translate business requirements. You can expect to play a major role in both enhancing current system design and developing new systems.  Required Experience  - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline  - Experience with enterprise web development participating in the complete product development lifecycle of successful projects  - Must be well versed in Flex (ActionScript 3.0) libraries.  - Must possess proven knowledge of Object oriented principles and design patterns.  - Must be knowledgeable about current RIA technologies, frameworks and tools.  - Knowledge of Java in particular Spring/Hibernate and previous experience in the financial markets is plus, but not required.
