THIS IS A W2 OPPORTUNITY ONLY. NO CORP TO CORP.
The Application Delployment / Release will define, implement and execute on
processes and tools necessary to effectively manage solution delivery
through the application life cycle. He/She will review the current suite of
processes and tools, identify / rationalize gaps vs. best practices, and
define rapidly-deployable solutions. He/She will partner with ML management
to implement these solutions. The goal is to insert the appropriate amount
of process and control to manage deployment risk, ensure deliverable quality
and performance while minimizing unnecessary administrative overhead. He/She
will identify the appropriate metrics for measuring change / release
management success and will design / implement vehicles to provide
transparency into those metrics.
Must have thorough understanding of the full SDLC at all phases. will not
have any direct reports initially, but will be the arms and legs of these
transition efforts. there are 2 scheduled release dates: June and September.
Must meet these aggressive deadlines. Strong leadership must be demonstrated
- this is a key component of this position. ANy experience with MS Project
and the MS suite of tools is preferred but not required. Application
development experience is preferred but not required. financial industry
experience is preferred but not required. CLIENT DATA INTEGRATION IS
REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:
- Manage portions of the Workforce Reporting Expansion project
- Manage project plan, issues log, etc.
- Run project status meetings

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with reporting systems or data warehouses
- 2-3 years of experience with HCM data / processes
- Experience with business intelligence / reporting tools (e.g. Cognos,
Business Objects, etc.); Business Objects a plus
- Understanding of data modeling and SQL
- Experience with data standardization or data conversion type projects
- Proven leadership capabilities including effective decision making, plan
development and ability to execute
- Strong listening, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and ability to manage cross functionally
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Bachelor degree required
