Responsibilities:
- Manage portions of the Workforce Reporting Expansion project
- Manage project plan, issues log, etc.
- Run project status meetings
- Keep leadership informed of project status
- Ensure delivery of major enhancements to Workforce Reporting
- Gather and finalize requirements to ensure business needs are being met, ability to gain consensus
- Facilitate the creation of the functional design
- Develop prototypes that demonstrates a functional design
- Review high-level technical design with HCM IT
- Work closely with HCM IT to make decisions concerning scope and issue resolution
- Coordinate projects and enhancements with HCM Reporting team
- Works across HCM in creating a common understanding in resource requirements and impact on overall timeframe

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with reporting systems or data warehouses
- 2-3 years of experience with HCM data / processes
- Experience with business intelligence / reporting tools (e.g. Cognos, Business Objects, etc.); Business Objects a plus
- Understanding of data modeling and SQL
- Experience with data standardization or data conversion type projects
- Proven leadership capabilities including effective decision making, plan development and ability to execute
- Strong listening, presentation and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and ability to manage cross functionally
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Bachelor degree required
