Mainframe Storage Management, includes but is not limited to Monitoring, adding, modifying mainframe storage to avoid storage problems. Maintain/modify storage related programs to add or remove storage as required. Assist MVS Staff with new releases of Operating Systems, test and upgrade Mainframe Storage products to comply with new requirements. Create and maintain System Catalog's, etc. Always looking for ways to improve the Storage Management Customer Support effort.
