Hello Everyone,
I hope you are doing well and enjoying this nice weather.
I am currently seeking an HR Manager for a client of mine in South Jersey . Here are some requirements:

Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree a plus
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience including at least three (3) years as HR Generalist or similar
PHR or similar certification highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience processing payroll required, experience with ADP or similar a plus
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong and effective interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with employees and management.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with top level executives within the organization

This is a one person department and the company has 80 employees. They are looking to pay $75k - $80k. Please let me know if you know of anyone that may meet these qualifications.
