NY Regional Director / Fundraiser
A non-profit organization with strong ties to Israel seeks an ambitious and
motivated professional to assume the role of NY Regional Director and join
its team of dedicated professionals. Reporting to the Executive Director of
the Tri-State Region, the Regional Director will oversee fundraising
activities in that region.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and execution of annual development plan to include
face-to-face engagements with current and potential donors in the vicinity
of New York City.
Responsible for identifying, researching and contacting new prospects in
target area.
Organize and execute a myriad of regional fundraising events from small
parlor meetings to large-scale gala events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus five years work fundraising experience required
Proven track record of networking
Knowledge of NY Jewish community required
Self-starter who will create innovative opportunities to attract new
activists and donors
Excellent oral and written communications skills. Hebrew is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Public speaking skills
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Ability to work well in a dynamic and demanding environment
Extended work hours are required on occasion
Salary: DOE

Position: Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service
Description:
Domestic and International
shipping company is looking for a SCR/Logistics Coordinator to work in our
corporate office.
The ideal candidate will
have 3/5 years administrative/customer service/logistics experience, working
within a fast paced organization. Responsible for managing the efficient flow
of cargo and timely information on behalf of the client, coordinating shipments
consistent with supplier qualifications & costs, tracking shipments/providing
P.O.Dâs, and troubleshooting the service delivery of goods.
You will develop and manage
supply chain activities to obtain the best price/service selection necessary to
obtain target margins. Responsibilities also include timely resolution to service
issues that may occur, monitor and analyze contract Key Performance Indicators,
ensure compliance with SOPâs and continually evaluate and review operations to
identify cost efficiencies and to achieve the highest levels of customer
satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years freight/cargo
experience.
Superior communication
skills/Positive can do attitude.
Attention to detail.
Excellent technical skills
including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
