Location: Newark, NJ
Target Start Date: ASAP
Target Rate: please submit at your best rate
Level: Senior
Duration: up to 6 months as a consultant, looking to do a RTH
RTH: Yes Note on RTH: Since this is a possible RTH, the manager is mainly looking for individuals who, within 3-months can be converted (i.e., citizen, someone in the process of obtaining their green card).

The typical conversion salary for this opening is somewhere between: $105-$110K (absolutely dependant on the candidate)

Qualifications:
7 years of Websphere/Java development experience
2-3 years of Websphere Portal development experience is a big plus but not required
Good communication skills and team player
Recent hands on development experience necessary
Experience with major financial firms a plus

Additional info about this req: Candidates must have solid development experience, have used popular frameworks and have had recent hands on development experience. Also, manager is typically interested in candidates that are local to the NY/NJ market. She does not want to see resumes for candidates that change jobs every few months. In addition, she is looking for candidates with solid front end experience as well as backend. Lastly, manager typically likes candidates that have supported large scale projects/large scale volume.

Additional requirements:
1. Candidates must be senior level
2. Must have solid backend skills with strong experience building a website
3. A combination of front and back end is necessary
4. Must be willing to do a Right-to-Hire (please see salary range above). The client does not sponsor so candidate(s) must be a citizen or in the process of obtaining a green card - as conversion will likely happen in 3-months or less.
