Primary Objectives:
This "lead" role in FP&A and Decision Support is to provide leadership in the
analysis and validation of business and financial data reported across the Company organization and to recommend responses to information / trends that indicate proactive or corrective action. Applies knowledge of external global economic factors to ensure optimization of
financial opportunities.
Prepares financial analysis, reports and other tools to measure performance against
current strategy and to provide interpretation.
Challenges strategic concepts and validates the financial assumptions and
information which form the basis for strategies.
Analyzes the processes and systems of merger and acquisition targets and identifies
processes to integrate them into existing procedures.

Strategic Metrics
Manages and monitors Company strategic metrics across the global organization and
respective business units to ensure performance against goals.

Consultation/Partnership
Identifies and frames business issues and opportunities for consideration by the CFO and other senior leaders across the organization.
Provides guidance and direction to senior management across Company on financial and operational issues within their business units.
Collaborates with senior management and other business leaders to establish overall business direction, ensuring sound financial, strategic and business direction.
Assures that senior management receives accurate and timely financial advice and interpretation concerning strategies and other issues.
Works with key stakeholders to create business plans to address corporate
initiatives. Assists in the research, analysis, and development of business cases and the process of presenting cases for project approval.

Communication

Communicates and presents financial and other information to guide the organization

Princeton, NJ has a project need for a Workforce Planning PM. Client is looking to establish processes, metrics and analytics around their global workforce. The client has numerous global systems that can provide workforce information (for both employees and temp/consultants) but no control process or central repository to provide meaningful management reports or statistics.
We are looking for a consultant that could do process mapping to identify current state such as where this information is held, what information is available, if temp/consultant headcount is tied back to a budget request, employee bonus tracking, recruiting spend, etc, identify gaps and propose possible solutions/options such as an access data base.
Ideally looking for one consultant to do high level process mapping, interface with C level individuals and to do data mining and extraction of system information.

Our client is seeking a Senor Interaction Designer who will work closely
with producers & content managers throughout all stages of our project life
cycle. This person will be involved from drafting design mockups and
prototyping HTML to executing final design through implementing code.
Candidates must be critical thinkers with a good design sense, a strong
technical background, and an eye for making things better for web users.

Responsibilities will include:

* Design and Deliver an engaging web experience

* Help define the user interface, scenarios and screen flows for new
and existing products and features

* Develop high level or detailed storyboards, mockups and working
prototypes to effectively communicate interaction design ideas.

* Gauge the usability of new and existing web products while making
constructive suggestions for change.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces.

* Expert HTML skills.

* Strong XHTML and CSS skills with working knowledge of AJAX.

* Excellent knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes.

* Experience with web standards and usability principles.

* Proficiency with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash)

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Any PHP/mySQL or high level programming is a plus

* Visual and graphic design sense and experience is a huge plus.

* Working Experience with Wordpress and Drupal

* Familiarity with implementing social networking solutions

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required
* Prior experience in e-commerce software application development is desired but not required
* Demonstrated past experience leading Java and/or mainframe/ i5 Series application development projects
* Hands on experience with Oracle 8i or higher, BEA Web Logic 7.0 or higher desired
* Experience managing integrations with XML / SOAP technologies is desired
* Experience leading MVC / Apache Struts Web Application Frameworks is desired
* Demonstrated leadership skills, bias for action, high energy, customer focus, results driven, strong communication, teaming and coordination skills.
* Background in a consulting role is desired but not required.

employees and be responsible for full operations, including manufacturing,
supply chain, engineering, scheduling, planning, materials management,
shipping/receiving, and tool room. Location is South/Central New Jersey (off

Resource Manager at a major company in King of Prussia, PA.
Reporting
to the Director, Project Management Office, the Enterprise Resource Manager is
responsible for assigning, allocating, and tracking staffing demands for
current and future projects across multiple project portfolios. He/she assists
the IT Finance department in evaluating staffing supply and demand requirements
The ERM also works directly with the Project Portfolio Managers to help balance

I am currently seeking an HR Manager for a client of mine in South Jersey .  Here are some requirements:
 

Bachelors  Degree required, Masters Degree a plus
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience including at least three (3) years as HR Generalist or similar
PHR or similar certification highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience processing payroll required, experience with ADP or similar a plus
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong and effective interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with employees and management.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with top level executives within the organization

In this role, you will also create project plans, work Instructions, equipment Requirements, etc. for new product introduction, and workl actively to develop, justify and manage capital equipment projects to support new products, as well generating cost estimates R.O.I. and comparative studies in determining the best fit for manufacture methodology.

The ideally qualified candidate will bring with them the following to the table:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field and knowledge of manufacturing processe.; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in high volume manufacturing processes is required.
• Must have good analytical skills and the ability to apply principles of scientific thinking to a wide range of practical problems and understand nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs etc.).
• Must be able to implement Statistical Process Control tools, such as DOE and six-sigma.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements (i.e. FDA. GMP, ISO) is preferred.
• Direct experience in the manufacture of class I and class II medical devices and ISO 13485 is preferred.
• Must have the ability to use a variety of abstract and concrete variables, including the ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals and identify and establish qualified mold and molded component suppliers to support manufacturing objectives.
• Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project, Word and EXCEL.
• Experience in automated production of disposable, molded plastic or glass medical devices, such as syringes, is highly desirable.
