Responsibilities:
Sr. Oracle DBA to provide database development services and support for business critical web applications. This role demands for high level of proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, performance tuning, mature change management and proven ability to quickly learn, extract knowledge from other team members and reverse engineer database schemas supporting complex applications.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and quickly take ownership of existing data-driven applications. Thoroughly document technical design and implementation details during knowledge capturing process.

o PL/SQL and T-SQL
o Replication – Streams, transactional, merge, mirroring, snapshots
o Database instance and SQL statement performance evaluation and tuning
o Native database tools proficiency: export/import, sqlloader, bcp, job schedulers, OEM, SSMS, SSIS, audit, tracing/profiling
o Physical and logical database design and modeling

Database Administrator Manager to lead a team of development DBAs in mixed, Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS environment. The position requires proficiency in a broad range of Oracle and SQL Server database technologies, including advanced areas such as replication, distributes databases and continuous database performance improvement.

Experience: 5+ years experience in MIS as either an analyst or a programmer. 2+ years experience managing projects and/or personnel. 5+ years working with SAP or equivalent ERP system in a consumer products business environment

Brief Description of Duties
Leads implementation and support of Financials processes in SAP
Main duties are:
· Provide leadership and “hands on†configuration for the SAP Financials modules
· Responds to all requests for SAP Financials system changes and support
· Works on opportunities identified by self and other business-facing IT personnel for process improvement through use of SAP Financials modules
· Work in partnership with other IT personnel to implement SAP Financials functionality in new version of SAP before, during and after the planned SAP technical Upgrade
Special Skills of Qualification Required:

This role is responsible for providing BA support during the Development Testing and Deployment Phases of a major Financial Services Settlement project. The person will interface with the Business SMEs to resolve issues/questions regarding business rules. This person will take a lead role in addressing and resolving all business requirements issues on the Issue Log. He/she will be an interface between the developers and the business unit. He/she will support the Current System SMEs with the technical to business unit interface. He/she will assist with Requirements and functional Specification documentation. He/she will be responsible for requirements change management. He/she will support developing test plans for System Testing, QA Testing, and UAT. He/she will provide IT support for training. He/she will assist in developing project implementation plans.
Unique Qualifications / Skill Sets:
Minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience.

Ability to model complex scenarios and test these in a 'sand box' environment
