The details of the position are Service Details Job Description: This position is to provide project management and oversight for the upgrading of Lewtan to Version 6, and implementation of other Lewtan modules including Pool Selection and Reconciliation In this capacity, s/he will be responsible for conducting weekly project meetings and other meetings as necessary; preparing meeting and presentation materials; and communicating project status to various audiences. This position will also provide project management for an initiative to transition several user developed applications (UDA) from Accounting Operations to STS. This will involve overseeing the full SDLC for these applications. Position Responsibility: The project manager/business analyst will be responsible for day-to-day project management responsibilities for the Lewtan Upgrade project. The candidate will be required to: • Coordinate the activities of the STS team members • Be the primary point of contact and coordinator for all required technology activities • Identify and complete business and data analysis activities • Write and proofread various types of documentation • Own the project schedule, communications, and financials • Enforce a strict project management discipline to insure a structured and effective transition Minimum Required Skills and Experience: • Project management/business analysis experience in large initiatives involving coordination of activities multiple stakeholders; ability to be effective in a matrix organization • Project management/business analysis experience in software development projects, with specific experience in MS SQL application development a plus • Business requirements documentation experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experienced presenter • Business experience in Finance/Accounting • Ability to apply a mature and diplomatic approach to prioritization tasks and conflict resolution • PMP certification a plus Please reply to this email with a time and phone number that I can reach you at so that we may speak in more detail.
