Job Summary:
Work in partnership with their FISOS colleagues to deliver projects within
agreed scope, timelines and costs.  Projects can include corporate strategy
projects, transitions, operations improvement, organisational transformation as
well as traditional development projects.

Responsibility Overview:

Responsible for deliverables through the project lifecycle.
 
* Apply analytical skills to FISOS business requests and communicate these in a
clear and unambiguous manner through initial analysis and undertake detailed
analysis around requirements, defining solutions to address any gaps
* Defining, writing, and obtaining sign-off, of FISOS business requirement
documents in line with Bank standards. Documents will be used by the technology
teams in creating technical and function specifications
* Provide guidance and assistance to the Test Manager in the definition of
Testing requirements / approach documents to facilitating the execution of test
process.
* Go Live / Implementation
* Post go live check out / issues resolution / support
* To provide support to FISOS, onshore team lead in preparation of presentation
packs, definition of project plans and management reporting
* To assume local team management and oversight of team responsibilities.
 Manage projects in a transparent and structured manner:
 
* Stakeholder Management
* Risk and Issue Management
* Change Management
* Communication Plan
* Regular Status Reporting
* Organize and document Project phases (Business Requirements, Project Plan,
Test Strategy, Test Plan etc)
Primary Working Relationships:  Fixed Income Securities Operations and IT
management teams & support staff, associated vendors for Fixed Income Securities
utilized systems, onshore Project Management manager on assigned projects

Mandatory Skills:

* Project Management professional
* Over 10 years experience working on large scale projects as a Senior Business
Analyst/Project Manager or at least 5 years experience actively managing project
resource as a team lead.
* Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
* Proven analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to work to
stretching deadlines
* Good documentation skills
Preferred Skills:

* Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE 2)
* 10 Years experience in the Financial business sector including knowledge of

Job Summary
Companyprovides financial data aggregation software and services to the
financial back-office market.  This is an exciting time for the company as they
are bringing new technology to the financial services market, our products are
proven, our client list expanding, and we are growing!
 
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Sales Development Specialist
supports our Sales team and is chartered with qualifying sales opportunities
which are generated through our acquisition marketing team, and are then
transitioned to Sales to close.  This is an outbound calling position, requiring
40 - 50 dials per day on warm leads, resulting in, on average, 10 conversations
per day. 

 
At a high level, this individual must be able to demonstrate skill at
interacting with different types of financial professionals, have fundamental
sales skills appropriate for solution selling, and understand how to read
different circumstances and alter selling skills appropriate to the situation. 
The ideal candidate will have a background in selling to financial advisors.  As
part of the interview process, all candidates will participate in a mock 5 - 10
minute lead qualification call and will be asked to provide 3 sample emails,
including one each on prospecting, 50 day follow-up, close-lost reinvigorate.
 
Specific responsibilities for this key, customer-facing role include:
* Qualifying and converting leads into opportunities through the use of a
guided call-flow process

* Engaging prospects in discussions, obtaining key information through the use
of open-ended questioning techniques
* Ensuring a seamless transition of sales-ready opportunities to the sales team
* Developing repeatable call scripts and follow-up processes, using company
guidelines
* Collaborating with marketing colleagues to improve quality of leads received
* Accurately entering, updating and maintaining information in SalesForce
 
Minimum requirements for this position include:
* 2+ years successful telemarketing or inside sales experience in a B2B
technology or financial services firm supporting a sales team
* Prior experience with solutions selling
* Demonstrated ability to uncover prospects' area of pain, decision-makers,
gate-keepers, and budget
* Successful experience working in a small to mid-sized company atmosphere
* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, particularly phone
skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Collaborative, team player, driven

(Oracle 10g relational database), and for pulling lists that meet criteria
for research studies. The contractor will assist in-house query
