An exciting opportunity has developed at Value Line for a proactive project manager who thrives on driving results in an environment of change. You have a digital mindset. Your attention to detail and relationship skills will enable you run cross-functional projects from concept to completion. Your initiative and project management know-how will enable you to establish efficient processes and best practices.
You will own the development and management of detailed project plans and ensure that project deliverables meet established criteria.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Developing a framework and processes for managing projects and workflows
· Scheduling and facilitating meetings
· Documenting meeting outcomes
· Escalating issues as needed
· Coordinating third party partner/agency relationships
· Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of projects
· Ensuring project milestones are met on time
· Ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of project scope, deliverables and accountabilities
· Facilitating creation of and documenting business rules, processes and workflows, as needed
· Managing participation and workflow of internal stakeholders across functions, in coordination with IT project managers and third party partners, to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
· Creating and managing communication plans for stakeholders and leadership team
· Ensuring coordination between projects, as needed
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree and 4-7+​ years of project management experience including experience in marketing, finance or information technology.​
· Proficiency with MS Office suite and Microsoft Project
· Problem solving skills
· Exemplary verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills
· Excellent relationship building skills
· Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
· Experience with web technologies and third party applications and platforms
· Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects
· Digital publishing experience, PMI certification and experience in an agile development environment a plus
