Key responsibilities of Global Sourcing Solutions Desk (GSSD) Americas (IT) are:

6) Ensuring application of consistent tools, methods and processes as prescribed by Central GSSD.
7) Collaborating with other key enablers/partners across the region e.g. Supply Management, Legal, IT, Finance and control to ensure all upstream and downstream processes are executed in support of required deployments
8) Execution of regional CoE governance remit including execution of regional governance forums
9) Acting as escalation point of contact for all deployment related Issues and Risks
10) Providing oversight to regional GSSD team, manage people and continuously mentor the regional GSSD support members to better perform in their roles
11) Understanding, applying, monitoring, assessing and tracking the current deployments within the region against key performance metrics as defined by Central GSSD
12) Forecasting, as well as understanding the reasons for variance against targets along with interpreting and communicating the impact of this on the broader strategy to varying audience levels, including senior stakeholders and Central GSSD, on a proactive basis

The key deliverables of this role are:
1. High customer satisfaction / engagement

Hospital Nurse Educator â€" Staff Development Registered Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Nurse Educator to assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate orientation and educational programs for nursing and hospital
personnel in both the Emergency Department and the General Hospital . As a
Hospital Nurse Educator with Bayonne Medical Center , you will report to Senior
Vice President of Patient Care Services and collaborate with the Administration
and Department Heads to provide instruction directed toward the achievement of
excellence in patient care to staff that provide care to pediatrics,
adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Additional tasks of the Hospital Nurse Educator include:
· Planning and organizing hospital-wide education
· Planning, organizing, and coordinating supervisory and/or management
training programs

· Developing and revising skills checklists, medications exams, nursing
assessments, etc, as necessary.

· Reviewing hospital manuals and new or revised policies and procedures

Hospital Nurse Educator RN- Staff Development Registered Nurse

Job Responsibilities
As a Hospital Nurse Educator with Bayonne Medical Center, you will corporate in
achieving departmental and interdepartmental objectives, review delegated
assignments of orienteer and seek to guide toward identified needs, and support,
enforce, and interpret standards of the hospital/nursing department.. You will
also coordinate in-services for ancillary staff, formulate behavioral objectives
for educational programs, and serve as a resource person for staff.

Additional responsibilities for the Hospital Nurse Educator include:
· Developing effective written material and handouts
· Developing and maintaining required records and reports.
· Maintaining sign-in sheets for each program
· Distributing notification of in-service sessions, educational
opportunities and activities on a timely basis.

· Maintaining listings of IV and CPR certification of hospital staff
· Entering employee educational data into computer systems
Hospital Nurse Educator RN- Staff Development Registered Nurse
Job Requirements
As a Hospital Nurse Educator with Bayonne Medical Center , you must
demonstrate a spirit of cooperation, possess superb verbal and written
communication skills, and possess great time management skills.

Additional requirements for the Hospital Nurse Educator include:
· MSN or current enrollment in a MSN program
· Valid New Jersey RN license
· 3-5 years clinical nursing experience in general and Emergency
Department nursing, with 3-5 years additional teaching experience preferred

· BLS instructor certification required, ACLS and PALS instructor
certification preferred.

· IV certification
