Description:
Support the HR project management office in the re-engineering of a variety of HR and financial related operations, by working with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and to define, analyze, and refine business processes, enabling the business area to achieve its objectives in the most efficient and effective manner. Executes and/or leads a variety of more complex and critical analytical and administrative activities and duties in support of process re-engineering efforts.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including listening and observation skills, interviewing/
Ø Ability to work well in a team environment, complete assignments independently, and manage multiple responsibilities;
Ø Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Ø Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and manage projects and meet strict deadlines.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Visio
Critical Skills:
A minimum of a Bachlor’s degree in business or an engineering related field and at least 5years of work experience in business analysis, operations management, or quality management
Ø Strong business knowledge and the proven ability to apply process improvement skills (i.e, DMAIC) across a broad range of businesses
Ø Adept at applying and using technology tools and software applications to automate operational and reporting processes and to improve control environments.
