Hello All,
While Exchange 2010 is an excellent overall product, it currently has a major pain point, working with Outlook 2003. At this meeting we will discuss and demo the issues that you will currently face.

Topic
Exchange Server 2010 and Outlook 2003 Compatibility Issues. During the meeting we will test/demo the following configurations to highlight issues:
1) Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2010. The Issues.
2) Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2010 workaround. Pro's & Con's.
3) Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2010 (baseline).
4) Outlook 2003 upgrade to 2007 and then revert to 2003. Testing mailbox attribute upgrade consequences with Exchange 2010.

What Microsoft tool is used to perform an overall topology readiness scan of your environment (e.g. AD, existing Exchange configuration, etc) to highlight problems for rolling out Exchange 2010?
Answer to previous Question of the Month:
Q) For Exchange 2007, what needs to be backed up for Transport and Edge Servers?
A) This is a trick question. Backup the server as you would normally do to protect it from OS failure. But nothing special is required from an Exchange point of view (e.g. databases, transaction logs, etc).
