Candidate must have strong understanding of star-schema, OLAP and/or data-warehouse modeling concepts. Experience using an ETL tool such as Informatica, Talend, DataManager, etc. is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate expertise in Cognos (version 8 or higher) in the capacity of model design as well as report authoring using Report Studio and Query Studio to generate both static reports (Excel and PDF) as well as interactive (dash-board) . Preference will also be given to candidates who have skills in Cognos administration and server structure/setup, proficiency in SQL (DB2, Sybase), JAVA, Unix/Linux, and understanding of financial concepts.
