1. Director of Health Coaching and Wellness (Phoenix, AZ) Our client is a leader in the Healthcare/Disease Management space. This is a newly created position because the VP was overloaded and needs someone dedicated to this position. The Director or Health Coaching will oversee and direct the health coaching delivery centers, forecast and resource management plan, assign and direct process improvement This position is directing the telephonic coaches.(these do not need to be RN's) MUST have Call Center Background. They want a participatory manager, one that will take calls if need be. The Coach will train, teach and educate on the wellness programs. This position is not about putting Wellness Programs together it is about "Delivering" the Programs so the telephonic coaches can have the knowledge when talking to participants on the phone. Must have strong Management experience/People experiencee The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelors degree. Salary Range = 90-115 base. Travel can be up to 25%.

Executive Director of Telesales (Plantation, FL) Our client is a leader in its field We are seeking a proven executive with strong third party experience (ideally) with multi-site experience and having managed ideally approximately 500 seats. We are seeking someone who understands technology (dialers in particular) and how to "synthesize" process, people and technology. Salary = 120-125k base (relocation is offered) Note: a Master's degree IS required.

3. Director of E-Commerce (Midwest - Confidential Search) - This is a confidential search. We are seeking a strong E-Commerce executive who is familiar with database marketing, SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing and development of a website for marketing/profit maxima ion. We are seeking someone who also understand multi-channel marketing, i.e..contact center, web, email, chat, etc). The successful candidate will be well versed in developing proposals and making presentations to C-Level executives. Salary Range: 100-150(base). There is a very "generous" commission plan.

We are seeking a candidate (ideally) with third party experience is no international travel. We are seeking an experienced telesales professional who understands how to up-sell and cross sell.
