About the Opportunity:
 
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to manage Trade Relations projects to include but not limited to Specialty Pharmacy. He/she will perform analysis of customer data for concept development, build contract proposals, and will participate in contract negotiations and development of agreements.  The Program Manager will coordinate with all relevant MHA departments to ensure operational requirements are in place for agreements.  He/she will also collect and prepare educational material for programs troubleshoot issues and monitor program effectiveness.  Finally, the Program Manager will act as a key Business Partner contact to establish and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners representatives.
Additional Essential Job Functions:
 
§  Identify, scope, resources and time needed to manage projects as assigned by Managing Director and the Executive Director of Specialty Contracts.  
§  Perform data analysis as related to program concept development.
§  Design and create pharmaceutical proposals

Client is looking for a Senior Data Warehouse developer with a minimum of 5 to 7 years working in the financial IT community. Candidate should possess a strong understanding of database concepts including data warehouse, operational data stores, and data marts. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of ETL concepts and should have hands-on experience in implementing data integrations in either Sybase or DB2 using custom development using Perl or Java or using an ETL tool such as Informatica. Candidate must have strong SQL skills and should have experience developing data extracts and user reports using tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Excel.
 
The candidate must have strong communication skills and be able work with both users and IT team members in a highly collaborative team environment. Candidate should be disciplined, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and delivery-focused.

To support this rapid business expansion, the growth of technology capabilities and services is critical. The position is in a new data architecture group focused on delivering both tactical and strategic database solutions to support sales reporting and risk analysis for retail banking. The individual will work closely with other team members, application developers, and IT owners of the data sources. Individual will be responsible for the development of ETL components, and providing user access to the data via reports, data extracts, and analysis tools such as Business Objects. To be successful, the role will require the individual to understand the banking technology landscape, and to offer creative solutions that integrate current capabilities, vendor capabilities, as well as proprietary system builds.

Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

Oversees the design of information security monitoring process to detect and analyze errors and/or potential misconduct in the NY Branch including but not limited to the Information Technology Department's business.
Analyzes operational aspects of overall activities, coordination of workflow with other departments, and oversees the establishment of new/ revised procedures.
Recommends to the IT Department Manager improvements to the information security controls of Information Technology Department's business. Arranges periodic reports/analyses in information security control for IT Department Managerand the Information Security Committee.
Responsible for preparation, coordination and follow-up for all audits/ examinations. 
Create, review and update Procedure Manuals for IT Department.
Monitor IT Physical Assets such as PCs, monitors, servers, laptops, network devices. Establish and maintain inventory records and reports.
Responsible for all Vendor Contracts for IT Department. Review existing contracts and the need for new contracts. Negotiates with vendors all details of revisions, renewals and new contracts.
Supports activities of Credit Admin Department for system access control and monitoring. And provides assistance to rectify findings and issues on system access in cooperation with other members of IT

 

Knowledge/Skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent in business related field.
Certification in Information Security required. (CISSP strong preference)
Five plus years Information Security related experience.
IT Audit experience, preferable.
Knowledge of Information Security principles, terminologies and technologies.

Additional responsibilities include the identification and execution of operational enhancements across our infrastructure support practice. Qualifications

Reporting to the CFO/Director of Administration & Finance, the Senior Manager, Information Technology (SMIT) will provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise information technology (IT) and telecommunications to support all departments working to execute the mission and achieve the goals of The Seeing Eye.  The SMIT will work to achieve effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations and is responsible for managing the budget for the IT Department.
For over 80 years, The Seeing Eye has enhanced the independence, dignity and self-confidence of people who are blind through the use of Seeing Eye ® dogs—carefully breeding and training dogs, matching dogs and their blind owners, and training them to work together as a mutually supportive team.  From its inviting 65-acre campus outside Morristown, N.J., and a nearby state-of-the-art breeding station, The Seeing Eye's 180-member staff matches and trains about 275 teams of graduates and dog guides each year.
 
The primary duties for the position include:

Providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems.

Responsible for technology vision and assess new technologies to determine potential value for the organization.

Facilitate communications between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources.
Responsible for the computer operations and management of all IT infrastructure, including servers, local area networks, wide-area networks, voice communication, desktop computing and enterprise and departmental software. 
Oversee design, development and implementation of internal proprietary software.
Develop, document and implement best practices with respect to IT operations, support and system development.

Oversee, evaluate and maintain system integrity, security, disaster recovery and back up procedures.
Supervise the IT Staff.
 Requirements:
 
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.  A Master's degree Computer Science or Business Administration is highly desirable. 
 Minimum of 10 years of experience with increasing responsibilities for management and support information technology, direct management of IT operations is preferred.

Significant experience in a not for profit setting is desirable, specifically in technology and information systems planning to support operations and fund raising goals.

Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site environment. 

Specific experience with project management, financial management, software development and fund raising information systems is a plus.

The ideal candidate will also have:
Familiarity with desktop, notebook, handheld, and server computer hardware; local and wide area network design, implementation, and operation; operating systems such as Windows, and Linux; screen readers, other access technology, and accessibility issues for blind users; Raiser's Edge software is a plus.
Experience in software development and current Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including: web application architecture, web page user interface development, including use of wireframes, business needs and requirement analysis
Experience with enterprise databases and information systems
Knowledge of various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software.
General knowledge of business processes; ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal
Effective conceptual, analytical, communication and presentation skills/abilities.
Ability to think ahead and plan over a long-range time frame
Self-motivator, exercises good judgment, cooperative, flexible, creative.
