$80-$85/hr U.S. Citizen 6 months-1 year contract Must-haves -Strong experience as a Solutions Architect: capable of architecting solutions, not just implementing solutions -Extensive experience with the following Wintel based application hosting products Apache and IIS -Strong knowledge of Unix based application hosting products such as WebLogic, Tomcat and Apache -Experience with networking architecture tools such as Local and Global Load Balancing -Database technologies such as My SQL, SQL, Oracle, including replication technologies -Knowledge of WebLogic Clustering -Remote Server Management Technologies -Understanding of high availability solutions including replication, load balancing, and disaster recovery tools -Experience working with Visio to create high level designs -Must have strong communication skills, and a calm and confident demeanor under pressure Plusses Day-to-Day Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and developing entire solutions for customer. Must be able to create solutions from scratch and use Visio to design high level drawings.
