The successful candidate will come from a strong technical background in IT
Infrastructure and has perhaps run a Large DC. Will be responsible for "selling"
the shared services DC functions to "internal" customers. This individual will
own ONE key corporate account which has a few office in US and is mostly based
in the UK (London)
Will report to a Director of Business Relationships who reports to SVP.
Ideally has exceptionally PM skills and cases studies. Ideally has supported and
worked in a Shared Services environment previously. Will be interfacing with
Director level and Executives above within customer. Will not have any direct
reports and will solely be responsible for interfacing with Shared Services
staff to assure the satisfaction of their customer. Should have come up

About the Opportunity:
The primary responsibilityof the Vice President Alternate Site / Home Infusion
is to plan and carry out the management and oversight of all aspects of the Home
Infusion, Specialty, Clinics and varies other classes of trade in the Alternate
Site Care Division. Included in the overall accountability of this position is
the development and achievement of annual business plans and budgets; management
of inside and outside account management teams; provide thought leadership in
the strategic planning and tactical implementation of and new value-added
services to our Alternate Site/Home Infusion members and corporate initiatives.
Additional Essential Job Functions:
§ Oversee all aspects of divisional budget including follow up on performance
§ Manage department Directors to insure that all operational and financial
objectives are met.
§ Represent the Alternate Site Division within the company. Insure other
departments have a solid understanding of department needs, expectations and
objectives.
§ Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing business plans
and growth strategies by region, and to track performance and monitor results
§ Lead the development of value added services for Department
§ Support the Sales team and department Directors on sales opportunities
§ Communicate sales and marketing activities developed to internal marketing,

§ Communicate issues regarding Alternate Site Division to MHA's executive

Job Requirements:

Reporting to the CFO/Director of Administration & Finance, the Senior Manager, Information Technology (SMIT) will provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise information technology (IT) and telecommunications to support all departments working to execute the mission and achieve the goals of The Seeing Eye. The SMIT will work to achieve effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations and is responsible for managing the budget for the IT Department.

The primary duties for the position include:
Providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems.
Responsible for technology vision and assess new technologies to determine potential value for the organization.
Facilitate communications between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources.
Responsible for the computer operations and management of all IT infrastructure, including servers, local area networks, wide-area networks, voice communication, desktop computing and enterprise and departmental software.
Oversee design, development and implementation of internal proprietary software.
Develop, document and implement best practices with respect to IT operations, support and system development.
Oversee, evaluate and maintain system integrity, security, disaster recovery and back up procedures.

Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience. A Master's degree Computer Science or Business Administration is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with increasing responsibilities for management and support information technology, direct management of IT operations is preferred.
Significant experience in a not for profit setting is desirable, specifically in technology and information systems planning to support operations and fund raising goals.
Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site environment.
Specific experience with project management, financial management, software development and fund raising information systems is a plus.
The ideal candidate will also have:
Familiarity with desktop, notebook, handheld, and server computer hardware; local and wide area network design, implementation, and operation; operating systems such as Windows, and Linux; screen readers, other access technology, and accessibility issues for blind users; Raiser's Edge software is a plus.
Experience in software development and current Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including: web application architecture, web page user interface development, including use of wireframes, business needs and requirement analysis
Experience with enterprise databases and information systems
Knowledge of various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software.

Regional VP of SouthEast & NorthEast U.S. of IT Consulting Firm positions –
Atlanta/Orlando, Florida OR New York/Washington DC/Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (2

Position Summary:
Direct supervision of local IT Consulting Firm offices, by providing strategic
leadership and tactical support of long range goals. This individual will
· Serve as the executive in the region responsible for managing and
directing a positive relationship between the company and its partner companies
· Develop strategies with the firm's Executives to increase the firm's
presence at major accounts
· Lead account managers in developing joint account plans and
implementation tactics in conjunction with Account Managers
· Coach sourcing managers in identifying account growth and expansion
opportunities
· Promote profitable revenue growth across all lines of business and
across all customer segments throughout the region.
· Foster and promote a high level of service and high quality of
professional placements.
· Interact on a regular basis with the firm's Executive Office, Local
Office leads, Fulfillment lead, and Operations staff.
· Provide updates on financial and goal achievement progress to the
firm's Executive office on a regular basis.
Essential Functions:
1. Support and provide direction to all employees in the region. Act as a
liaison between sales, fulfillment, and executive management in the region.
2. Develop, motivate and lead the team to commit to and successfully
deliver our financial and growth goals. Travel to local offices within region to
promote and enhance cohesiveness, teamwork, and relationship building with
internal team, partner companies, and outside customers.
3. Support and demonstrate implementation of company values, goals,
standards, and policies.
4. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements and
alternative courses of action. Share issues across peer group (other regional
VPs).
5. Support employee development, including coaching and identification of
future potential leadership candidates.
6. Evaluate and monitor financial performance and operations. Oversee
company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and other
cost effective management of resources.
7. Provide for an ethical, safe, empowered and enthusiastic environment
that encourages and rewards initiative and fosters professional growth.
8. Ability to represent the firm with executive presence and to establish
peer relationships with client and partner companies' executive management.
9. Actively participate and remain involved in at least two networking
associations for learning and business development purposes.
10. Represent the firm to the Board, at parent company functions, at various
outside meetings and at formal functions.
11. Perform / support other corporate wide initiatives and duties as needed.
Education Required: Bachelors degree required; advanced degree beneficial
Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Office, ATS/Staffing Management System
(Bullhorn)
Experience Required:10 -15 years related experience working

Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Siemens OPENLink Systems Integration
Specialist who will analyze, develop, test, and troubleshoot system
integration between applications to ensure that relevant clinical data and
transactions are received and interpreted correctly. This individual will
interface with various functional and technical team members, clients and
vendors and will coordinate the testing and implementation of the solutions
through the various phases of the SDLC.
Skills and Experience:
. Knowledge of healthcare business and clinical processes, industry
best practices in enterprise application integration and interoperability
. Familiarity with CCD and HL7 standards
