Job Title: Module Lead (Cobol / CICS )

Location : Fl / NJ
Duration : Full Time (Permanent)

NOTE: Client is willing to work on W2 basis only.

Job Requirement:

·         Should have 4-7 years of experience in Maintenance and development experience in Mainframe technologies
·         Should have at least 5 years of coding experience in Mainframe project which includes Cobol/VSAM/DB2/JCL/CICS
·         Should have involved in Analysis, Design, Estimation, Coding and testing (which includes UTP, Execution and code review), debugging, troubleshooting and documentation of application
·         Good Analytical and Logical Skills
·         Should have the knowledge on configuration management
·         Excellent written and verbal communication
·         Good knowledge of SDLC and applicable internal quality process
·         Ability to work under stringent deadlines
·         Candidate should be able and willing to travel abroad on short notices and be flexible to work from multiple locations as per need of business.

Job Responsibilities

·         As a senior developer, your responsibility involves Analyzing, Design, Developing and testing of build code or application.
·         Should be able to maintain & modify programs of moderate to high complexity
·         Needs to handle a small team, giving technical mentoring, expertise and guidance to the team
·         Needs to build expertise on Banking & Capital market application (Systematics) like card processing, loans, real estate etc..
·         Involve in technical reviews on solutions by Module teams and customer solution proposal.  
·         Need to make sure the peer reviews done, and maintain good code quality deliverables
