The successful candidate will analyze and document a current Pharma Rx product launch process. Working with a program manager and the brand team, the candidate will then construct a roadmap/playbook for a new, re-usable process, consisting of templates and organizational designs such as team structures, committee charters, financial guidelines, project management plans, and other artifacts as defined during the engagement.
Required Skills/Experience:
10+ years analyzing and re-engineering business processes in a Pharma setting
Familiarity with process diagrams such as Activity Diagrams and Swim Lanes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience constructing process manuals
Proficient in organizational design and metrics
Desired Skills:
Pharma Rx product launch experience
Experience with IT requirement writing
