BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for INFRASTRUCTURE Salary $110-125K reports directly to Director Business Relationship Managers (LOCATED IN PHILADELPHIA OFFICE, Must be willing to travel) The successful candidate will come from a strong technical background in IT Infrastructure and has perhaps run a Large DC. Will be responsible for "selling" the shared services DC functions to "internal" customers. This individual will own ONE key corporate account which has a few office in US and is mostly based in the UK (London) Will report to a Director of Business Relationships who reports to SVP. Ideally has exceptionally PM skills and cases studies. Ideally has supported and worked in a Shared Services environment previously. Will be interfacing with Director level and Executives above within customer. Will not have any direct reports and will solely be responsible for interfacing with Shared Services staff to assure the satisfaction of their customer. Should have come up through the ranks in a key hands-on technical role with increasing responsibility prefer a bright assertive, direct and to the point personality.
