Job Title: Systems and Tools Contractor Location: Peapack, NJ Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: • Provide SME Support to Worldwide Procurement (WWP) colleagues on Ariba Contracts (ACW) module. • Participate in governance and support meetings with teams that utilize ACW. • Evaluate ACW enhancements. • Provide business testing and support of ACW break/fix and changes. • Provide SME Support to WWP colleagues on E-Sourcing solution. • Provide back-fill coverage for other E-Sourcing team members for vacations/training/etc. • Provide business testing and support of E-Sourcing break/fix and changes. • Develop and maintain content of WWP web sites for E-Sourcing and ACW. • Develop/Maintain documentation on ACW and E-Sourcing processes for WWP, including user and reference guides. • Work with Financial Systems Training team to develop appropriate training materials (written, CBTs, etc.) to support ACW and E-Sourcing WWP processes.
