background in .NET AND JAVASCRIPT. This experience is relevant to one

 The opening requires AJAX AND FINANCIAL FIRM EXPERIENCE in addition
to the above skills. It is located in Jersey City, NJ. Global
Financial Firm located in Jersey City, NJ has an immediate contract
opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer.

Senior developers adept at Microsoft Technologies capable of leading by example.

- The candidate will need a good deal of vision and insight as to how
best to deliver a generic re-usable framework across a development
group of over 200 developers.

- the candidate should understand and be able to articulate a broad
range of core concepts at a high degree of detail. E.g. How AJAX
interaction works, variations of AJAX e.g. leveraging JSON through
AJAX, how to debug a web-front end,.

- The candidate should be able to produce clean, cross-browser
Javascript and understand the Javascript development process. E.g.
working knowledge of Firebug or the Windows Script Debugger, Fiddler,
Http Analyzer etc.

- Understand XHTML, DHTML and how to ensure efficient implementation
of websites and optimization of same.

- The candidate should have a history demonstrating initiative and be
able to work on their own and with little oversight.

- REQUIRED skills: WCF, Javascript, JQuery or Prototype, ASP.NET 3.5,
C#, SQL Server 2005, CSS, AJAX

- PREFERRED skills: LINQ to SQL, Sharepoint 2007, .NET CLR, Windows
Workflow Foundation, Telerik RIA Controls.

- Capable of designing technical solutions based on FRDs and ad-hoc
Business Requests.

- Should be able to assess performance & scalability impacts of
proposed solutions

- Should be able to provide technical guidance & trouble-shooting
assistance to other team members

- Will be responsible for writing the Technical Design Document,
performing Code Reviews and suggesting Code optimizations

Soft Skills (concepts) include: distributed transaction processing,
non-stop processing, test-driven design, database migration
strategies, work-flow systems, excellent analytical ability, and
experience in analyzing and defining technical requirements from
business documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expertise in Word,
Excel & Visio.

We just received a new SAS position that is top priority for our CT client. It is an in-house PERMANENT position. The company CANNOT do any visa transfers but can do a small sum for relocation assistance. If you know of anyone who might be interested in learning more about this position, I would very much appreciate it if you could forward it along. Have a great day!!

Senior Data Analyst - CT

The Senior Data Analyst will have responsibility primarily for creating and validating SAS code generated for production of tables, listings, figures, and statistical analyses for internal purposes as deemed necessary by the company. The Sr. Data Analyst also will be involved in the development and maintenance of integrated clinical databases for biopharmaceutical products under development. The incumbent will generate analytic code in SAS to execute statistical analyses for study reports, regulatory documents and commercialization and publication activities. Validate SAS code produced by other colleagues. Develop tables, listings, figures and reports in SAS as needed by the company. Participate in the maintenance and/or development of standard operating procedures and/or business practices related to job activities. A minimum of a Masters Degree in computer science, statistics, operations research or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years experience programming in SAS in a biopharmaceutical environment is needed. Experience is required working with or for Contract Research Organizations in a programming capacity. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within teams. Excellent working knowledge of SAS Stat and Graph and some familiarity with other statistical software such as SPLUS
