In order to support the resource requirements of our clients, CGS currently looking for TrackWise Programmer/ Configurater/ Developer - Development Lead to be a part of our growing TrackWise Practice.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create applications from detailed specifications using specified programming language(s)
Code, test, debug, document and maintain programs
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Front end development (GUI interfaces) utilizing ODBC to connect to any Open Architecture RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) – such as Oracle and Sybase
Analyzes application requirements and provides recommended design
Create detailed project outlines and application design specifications
Quality reviews of code developed by other development staff
Develops test plans
Designs for more complex integration with other applications/technologies
Responsible for leading a team of developers and managing to project timelines/deliverables
Assist senior developers with project outlines and specifications
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for system design
Systems analysis and coding
QUALIFICATIONS
5 to 7 year's of directly-related experience with systems development.
Previous experience with TrackWise 7.0.
Ability to test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain computerized tracking systems.
Experience in building TrackWise modules adhering to different business practices.
Experience with formal systems development methodologies.
Good communication skills and the ability to interface directly with clients.
Experience performing TrackWise migrations to current versions.

Senior Application Support Consultant - focus is on Change Management, Application/ Implementation Management and Testing.Background in financial securities/trading environment strongly preferred
The qualified individual will manage software changes and releases and be responsible for implementation and will be responsible for providing 24x7 application and technical support to all production and test environments.
Experience Required/Results Expected:

Change Management
Manage installation and configuration of application software for production environments on multiple platforms Schedule and track application changes and releases Define, test, and document installation and fallback of system changes Risk assessment prior to implementation Document specific procedures for implementation and error checking Manage software and configuration changes on Test and Production environments
Project Management
Work on projects of all sizes and scope within the company Work on multiple projects simultaneously, often in a leadership role Set priorities and organize work to complete project responsibilities efficiently and effectively Participate in design meetings, implementation planning process, and the management of production issues
Implementation Management
Make several daily modifications to support customers´ business and technical specifications
Perform operational acceptance tests before changes are rolled out
Design implementation strategy and procedures
Application configuration and implementation management
Deploy application software and configuration changes across all Production and Test environments
Perform implementation and integration of application software and hardware configuration changes
Operational Acceptance Testing
Create and execute operational test plans/scripts/ cases based on technical and business requirements for trading applications and market operations support tools
Support the execution of unit, acceptance, performance, capacity, regression and system failover testing on back-end components using manual and automated test procedures
Support scheduled weekend testing of Production level systems and applications
Test OS and layered product upgrades/patches
Application Support
Provide application and system support for several internal departmentsProvide application and environment administration of a complex trading systems
Utilize Remedy to track and manage defects discovered during testing and application support
Troubleshoot and diagnose systems problems; install and configure fixes for applications running on OpenVMS, Red Hat Linux and Windows platforms
Support all Test Environments and Production environments
Provide online and offline Level II support for the trading systems
Analyze cause of production problems and develop methods for improvement
