Location: NYC Long Term Required 5 years experience supporting second level production support for Enterprise Storage in Investment Banking. Hands-on expertise with SAN & NAS architecture, configuration, administration, provisioning & troubleshooting with technologies from: EMC (Symmetrix, DMX, CLARiiON, Centerra, Celerra), 3Par, Hitachi (USP-V), Brocade, Cisco, McData, NetApp and Acopia/F5. Individual must be highly process oriented (ITIL certification preferred) with a focus on metrics tracking for Change Mgt, Incident Mgt & Problem Mgt, End User Support, Audit / LCD Compliance / IT Risk / Corp Security review, Release & Config Mgt, Capacity, Provisioning & Supply chain Mgt, Event Mgt, Vendor Mgt. Individual should possess project & program management expertise with a focus on delivery execution & excellence. Tracking delivery milestones, timelines, resources & related budgets. Individual is expected to work as a remote team member, collaborating with other team members in NYC office. The ability to manage an individual book and maintain consistent team interaction is critical.
