Good Afternoon,

My name is Daniel and I'm a recruiter at Axelon Services Corporation, formerly known as Algomod Technologies. Our records show that you have experience that is relevant to one of my current openings.

Ariba Supplier and Catalog Enablement contractor
Location - Morris Plains, NJ
Duration - 2 year contract

• Initiates Supplier invitiations/relationships Ariba Supplier Network, as required
• Sets-up supplier, supplier catalog information per client's Supplier Enablement Checklist
• Provide/Gather Supplier Enablment data required for setting up suppliers, catalogs via ASN (Test and Production accounts)
• Downloads supplier catalogs from Ariba Supplier Network for both Test and Production environments
• Loads and validates supplier catalogs for both Test and Production environments
• Troubleshoots Catalog / ASN Account issues with Supplier
• Attends all client Supplier Enablement meetings, as necessary
• Facilitation of internal and external meetings
• Manage multiple catalog implementations in parallel
• Interfaces with internal clients, suppliers to implement new catalogs and catalog refreshes driven out of the WWP sourcing organization
• Test catalogs with suppliers and appropriate sourcing managers
• Validation/Mapping of master data fields (UNSPSC, UOM, Supplier, Currency, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• A demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Candidate should be an independent worker having the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.

Skills:
Strong working knowledge of the Ariba Supplier Network and all available Ariba catalog content formats (CIF, cXML and Punch-Out)
Strong understanding of Ariba Buyer
Strong understanding of the Ariba integration files
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Intellecat Software knowledge a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
