Business Systems Lead - Wholesale Voice Services We're looking for an analytical, energetic, pragmatic individual to help bring new services to market and rollout process improvement and enhancements for existing wholesale voice services. This position requires someone with strong technical, analytical and communications skills (internal and external) who can convert high level marketing needs into more specific requirements that technical teams can develop to, and lead the implementation of those capabilities. Requires both a big picture understanding and high level attention to detail. A balance of business and technical understanding is paramount for success in this position. The role requires interaction with many areas of the organization including marketing, sales, engineering, operations, finance and both internal and outsourced IT development.
